Officials with the highly anticipated, $165 million Music Factory under construction in Irving, Texas, are moving forward by adding tenants to join Live Nation as its anchor.
in Irving, Texas. Announced by Live Nation Dec. 3.

Ark Group President Noah Lazes said about a dozen restaurants have signed on with the 17-acre development.

“We are just about done with everything on the ground and we’re getting ready to go vertical,” Lazes told the Dallas Business Journal.

The development is being built in partnership with the City of Irving and North Carolina-based Ark Group after Live Nation signed a 10-year agreement with the developer.

The venue can expand from an intimate 4,000-seat concert hall to an 8,000-seat amphitheater and is being called the Pavilion at The Music Factory, which is part of the $165 million namesake.

Bob Roux, president of North American concerts for Live Nation, previously told the Journal, “This will be the centerpiece of the entire development. The venue itself is an innovative and groundbreaking concept that we developed in order to ensure the maximum number of events are produced at the venue each year.”
