Prince’s ‘Hit & Run Tour’ Headed To The USA
Prince and his backing band, 3rdEyeGirl, might be coming to your town soon. You never know. Seriously though, we have no idea because it’s Prince and of course he hasn’t announced an official schedule. But it looks like the “Hit & Run Tour” is hitting up the U.S. starting next week in Louisville, Ky.
Following a leg of “Hit & Run” shows in the U.K. in 2014, the first stop of the U.S. routing is March 14 in Louisville, which happens to be 3rdEyeGirl drummer Hannah Welton’s hometown, according to the local Courier Journal. A venue hasn’t yet been announced.

Performing at the LG Arena in Birmingham, England.
Validating the news, Welton retweeted a link to the Courier Journal story earlier today, along with links to a handful of other posts, including Louisville TV station WDRB and USA Today.
The Courier Journal reports that tickets go on sale March 9 at 10 a.m. EDT at LiveNation.com and that a portion of the proceeds will benefit local charities.
As of press time, Live Nation wasn’t listing the show on its website.
