Alice In Chains In The Summer

Alice In Chains has unveiled the routing for its first tour of 2015, consisting of 19 stops across the U.S. The Seattle rockers return to the road in July, starting with a gig in Southern California.  

The tour will make its way to the other side of the country for gigs in New Jersey, Connecticut, Pennsylvania and Florida. Stops in between include dates in Nevada, Utah, Idaho, Colorado, Oklahoma, Missouri, Wisconsin, Ohio and Tennessee.

The alternative/grunge band led by William DuVall and Jerry Cantrell is continuing to support 2013’s The Devil Put Dinosaurs Here. The LP debut at No. 2 on the Nielsen Soundscan chart and topped the charts when it came to alternative albums, top rock albums and hard rock albums.

Last May Cantrell gave an interview with the Lansing State Journal saying the band was planning on working on its next record following its 2014 tour.

Presale tickets will be available starting March 10 at 10 a.m. local time. Additional presales are scheduled March 11 & 12. The general onsale begins March 13.

Alice In Chains is donating $2 from every pre-sale ticket to the memorial fund for Stefan Dayne-Ankle,  according to USAToday.com. The 19-year-old died March 1 after battling Leukemia.
