Juanes Brings ‘Loca De Amor’ To The U.S.A.

Latin superstar Juanes announces new dates as the acclaimed Columbian-born artist targets a July-August run along with a Dec. gig for his “Loca De Amor Tour.”  Markets include Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Chicago, New York and Miami.

Only March and it’s already been a great year for Juanes.  When he performed his hit single, “Juntos (Together)” from the “McFarland USA” soundtrack at February’s Grammy Awards, he became the first artist in 10 years to sing in Spanish at the annual event.  The song also topped iTunes Latin sales last week.

Announcing his tour in nationally televised teasers this morning, Juanes is urging his fans to get the word out via his “Retweet For a Front Row Seat” campaign at #locodeamortour.

Beginning in Bakersfield, Calif., Juanes’ summer journey includes two nights at Southern California’s Nokia Theatre L.A. Live and one-night engagements across the country.  The artist has also booked a Dec. 4 show in Miami.  Here’s the schedule:
