John T. Kernan was found guilty on third-degree counts of aggravated assault and endangering an injured victim, according to the Courier-Post. He was also convicted of a petty disorderly persons offense and faces a maximum sentence of five years in state prison on the aggravated assault charge.

Kernan and Jacob Terry – who pleaded guilty March 9 – were accused of assaulting the victim in a parking lot after attending the concert. A witness said Terry punched one of the victims, causing him to hit the bumper of a bus and lose consciousness, then both men kicked the man in the face at least twice.

Kernan is expected to be sentenced April 24, according to the paper.
