Myth Nightclub Sold
The Myth nightclub in St. Paul, Minn., has been sold for $3.6 million.

The property was bought by Mapleleaf Development for $4.5 million in 2011 and has been bought and sold several times since it debuted in 1998, according to the St. Paul Business Journal.
The new owner, GFY Real Estate, is not known to the paper and state records list Myth’s address for GFY.
The venue has hosted everyone from Marilyn Manson to Capitol Cities.
