Beck’s spring plans coincide with Jeff Beck Live arriving May 5 via Atco Records/Rhino Entertainment.  The disc was recorded during Beck’s 2014 dates with ZZ Top before Dusty Hill’s injury forced the tour’s remaining dates being moved to this year.

The album gives you 14 live performances recorded at multiple venues as the axeman and his band made up of vocalist Jimmy Hall, bassist Rhonda Smith, drummer Jonathan Joseph and guitarist Nicolas explored the vast Jeff Beck catalog.  Included are performances of “Morning Dew,” “Superstition” and “Big Block” as well as a cover of The Beatles’ “A Day In The Life.”

The “+” part of the equation comes from two new studio tracks – “Tribal” and “My Tiled White Floor” with guest vocals from Ruth Lorenzo and Veronica Bellino, respectively.

But Jeff Beck Live+ won’t be the only release from the rock legend.  Beck will release his 17th studio album later this year.

Here are Beck’s new May dates:

May 14 – Ann Arbor, Mich., Michigan Theater
