Garth Brooks Adds Birmingham

The global touring machine known as Garth Brooks has added more June destinations – two nights in Birmingham, Ala.  Tickets go on sale next week.

The Legacy Arena at the BJCC will host Brooks and his wife Trisha Yearwood June 12-13.  The announcement comes just as tickets for the country star’s June 5-6 Tampa run went up for sale.

As to Birmingham, fans will have to wait until April 17 at 10 a.m. CDT to trade their dollars for tickets. 

Here’s Brooks’ schedule as it stands today:

April 12-13 – Portland, Ore., Moda Center
April 15-16 – Portland, Ore., Moda Center
April 24-25 – University Park, Pa., Bryce Jordan Center 
May 1-2 – University Park, Pa., Bryce Jordan Center
May 7-10 – Omaha, Neb., CenturyLink Center Omaha
June 5-6 – Tampa, Fla., Amalie Arena
June 12-13 – Birmingham, Ala., Legacy Arena At The BJCC
