Slayer Tops ‘Rockstar Mayhem’ Trek

Slayer, King Diamond, Hellyeah, The Devil Wears Prada and Whitechapel are among the metal masters appearing on this year’s Rockstar Energy Drink Mayhem Festival tour launching in Southern Calififornia in late June.

Pushing amplifiers way past 11, the Mayhem lineup also includes The Art Is Murder, Jungle Rot, Sister Sin, Sworn In, Shattered Sun, Feed Her To The Sharks, Code Orange, and Kissing Candice.

The outing marks the third time Slayer has traveled under the “Mayhem” banner.

“I don’t know if third time is the charm, but  it will definitely be hellish!” Slayer’s Kerry King said.  “Slayer and King Diamond on stage for the first time together in the States – never has Mayhem been more evil.  Don’t f***in’ miss it.”
