Mötley Crüe Adds Dates To Final Tour

Mötley Crüe has a few more places to visit before the band says farewell. In response to “overwhelming fan demand,” the guys have added more than 20 North American dates to its final tour – “All Bad Things Must Come To An End.”

Before making the announcement, the band asked fans to suggest which cities should be added via messages on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram with the hashtag #DemandtheCrue. Fans could track the conversation via a heat map that was updated daily. Today’s the day to find out whether the rockers are headed your way.

“The demand to add more shows in North America has been overwhelming,” bassist Nikki Sixx said. “The fans have spoken so we’ve been trying to find time for more dates in addition to the international dates on the schedule this year. We want to say goodbye to as many fans as possible so we added these shows around the holidays. No better way to spend them than with the people who have supported us over all these years.”

Before the North American excursion begins, Mötley Crüe will play Australia in May followed by three last European festivals – Sweden Rock Festival, Austria’s Nova Rock Festival and England’s Download Festival.

The new dates take place in October and December, scheduled in between a pair of shows in Mexico in September and a three-night residency in Los Angeles. Mötley Crüe’s final gig is still set for New Year’s Eve at the Staples Center, a fitting end for the band that began in the City of Angels 34 years ago.
