A woman who filed a civil complaint against A$AP Rocky for allegedly slapping her during Philadelphia’s Made In America festival in 2013 has settled and dropped her suit.

Lisa Wade claimed she was hit by the rapper as he was walking through the crowd during a set by 2 Chainz. She said the alleged slap, which was apparently a case of mistaken identity, caused her to fall to the ground and left her with whiplash.

Wade’s suit was seeking $75,000 and raised concern that her slap was not the first case of such behavior from the rapper, citing an alleged incident that happened to a female fan in Australia.

But for now, it looks like things have been wrapped up, legally.

TMZ recently reported A$AP Rocky and Wade settled the suit, which a judge dismissed with prejudice.

The sited added that oftentimes, the dismissal of a suit with prejudice can mean money has changed hands, however terms of the settlement have not been disclosed.
