Global Spectrum No Mas

The name change includes Comcast-Spectacor’s newest business, Digital Services. The purpose is to align the company’s services in a way that is “integrated and more accessible to a client base,” according to a statement.
“Individually, Global Spectrum, Ovations and Paciolan have very strong recognition,” Comcast-Spectacor President Dave Scott said. “However, as one brand, we can leverage our expertise in a way that truly redefines the driveway-to-driveway fan experience.”
The name change is a nod to Comcast-Spectacor’s roots when chairman Ed Snider founded the Philadelphia Flyers in 1966 and built the team’s arena, The Spectrum.
The several business units will now serve more than 300 clients and more than 500 properties worldwide under the Spectra moniker, according to the statement.
A new logo will be revealed June 2, a spokesman told Pollstar.
