There are some things you can count on at your prom from bad food to a cheesy theme. But you’d probably never expect Justin Bieber to show up.
The pop star was on his way to a recording studio in Los Angeles on Saturday when he decided to stop by a local school’s prom, which was being held nearby, according to Hollywoodlife.com. EOnline.com points out that the prom took place at Jim Henson studios in Hollywood.

Based on the Vine clips of kids happily screaming, it looks like the prom attendees were pretty pleased with the surprise. Bieber reposted a few of the videos on Twitter along with a tweet from Chatsworth Charter High School’s senior class saying, “Justin Bieber showing up at our prom? I think we know who had the best prom this year.” The high school is located in Chatsworth, Calif.
Bieber replied to the school by tweeting, “@CCHSRoyals always wanted to go to prom. Thanks for having me. #promcrasher J”
Bieber was joined in his weekend escapades by model Hailey Baldwin and a pal, according to EOnline.com.

Weeks after Zayn Malik left One Direction, some fans are still not over the devastating incident. Thankfully, Stephen Hawking has a hopeful message to share with Directioners.
One of the audience questions posed to the theoretical physicist/cosmologist/author on Saturday at the Sydney Opera House was an inquiry about “the cosmological effect of Zayn leaving One Direction and consequently breaking the hearts of millions of teenage girls around the world?”
Hawking, who appeared via hologram, replied, “My advice to any heartbroken young girl is to pay close attention to the study of theoretical physics because, one day, there may well be proof of multiple universes.
“It would not be beyond the realms of possibility that somewhere outside of our own universe lies another, different universe and, in that universe, Zayn is still in One Direction.
“This girl may like to know that in another possible universe, she and Zayn are happily married.”
So there you go.
