It is the British singer-songwriter’s fifth visit in four years. Frontier Touring upgraded him to stadiums this time. He starts at 52,500-capacity Suncorp Stadium, Brisbane (Nov. 28), and ends up at the 47,500-capacity Mt Smart Stadium in Auckland Dec. 12.

Sheeran becomes the first ever musician to perform an Australian and New Zealand stadium tour entirely solo, accompanied only by his guitar.

Frontier Touring brings Ryan Adams back after a sold-out solo run in 2012. This time he is accompanied by a band, The Shining. Opening is Jenny Lewis, whose 2014 album The Voyager was produced by Adams.

The two have toured California together. They do two theatre shows in New Zealand, in Auckland Wellington July 14-16, and two in Australia, in Melbourne and Sydney July 19 and 23.

Nine Lives has Olly Murs at five arenas and theatres Aug. 4-11.

Mary Chapin Carpenter extends her 2015 Acoustic World Tour to Australia, booked into five theatres and one country music festival Aug. 27 to Sept. 5 by Lennard Promotions. North Carolina singer-songwriter Tift Merritt opens.
