Goldenvoice filed the breach-of-contract suit in Los Angeles Superior Court, seeking $43,435, according to Southern California’s City News Service.
The companies co-promoted Santos June 2014 shows in Fresno and San Jose, Calif., and agreed to split losses equally, according to the lawsuit.
The events lost more than $360,000 and Latin Events still owes Goldenvoice $43,435 of the balance, the complaint says.
