Smart Financial, a Houston-based credit union, is plunking down $6.7 million for a five-year naming rights agreement with the $84 million performing arts center, the Houston Chronicle reported.
ACE Theatrical Group is partnering on the 6,400-seat venue, which is slated to open in fall 2016.
