Haynes’ third solo album, Ashes and Dust, is due out July 24 via Concord Records. Haynes’ website calls the LP “one of his most gorgeous, musically rich and personal albums to date.” Fans will be pleased to discover “new dimensions of Haynes as a guitarist” as The Allman Brothers Band member and Gov’t Mule founder dives “deeper into acoustic guitar and playing more slide guitar than he has played in a long time.”
