Ain’t Nuttin But A J. Geils Band House Party

The J. Geils Band brings its patented boogie rock to the summer season. Markets for the House Party tour include Providence, Atlantic City, Detroit and the group’s Boston hometown.

Featuring Peter Wolf, Danny Klein, Seth Justman and “Magic” Dick Salwitz and his “lickin’ stick,” The J. Geils Band is known for ’70s party standards “Southside Shuffle,” “Musta Got Lost” “Looking For A Love” and ’80s super hits “Centerfold” and “Freeze Frame.” The band’s last touring adventure was with Bob Seger on a late 2014/early 2015 run.

Aug. 27 – Boston, Mass., Blue Hills Bank Pavilion
Aug. 29 – Atlantic City, N.J., Tropicana Casino & Resort
Sept. 3 – Portland, Maine., Maine State Pier (Waterfront Concert Series)
Sept. 5 – Providence, R.I., India Point Park
Sept. 8 – Lewiston, N.Y., Artpark 
Sept. 11 – Clarkston, Mich., DTE Energy Music Theatre
