Tour Manager Aaron Dilks Dies

Aaron Dilks, tour manager and sound engineer for many acts including Journey, Anthrax, Cee Lo Green and Fear Factory, died of unknown causes June 7.

Several bands and fellow TMs expressed their grief at the loss of “Double A.”

“The entire Anthrax camp is just devastated by the sudden loss of our tour manager/soundman Aaron Dilks who passed away last night,” the band said in a Facebook post. “He was a wonderful man, we all cared greatly about him, and he made the band sound like a monster. He will be missed. Our thoughts are with his family.”

Dilks was previously a bodyguard for Marilyn Manson.
