Leon Bridges’ First North America Headlining Adventure

Leon Bridges sets his first North American tour with his name at the top of the ticket – a fall run beginning in mid-October and including stops in New Orleans, Philadelphia, Houston and Los Angeles. Presales and onsales launch this week.

The up-and-coming singer/songwriter/R&B artist is definitely keeping busy. Although he has a few June gigs in the U.S., Bridges will soon cross the pond for those famous Euro festivals, including England’s Glastonbury Sept. 26, Belgium’s Rock Werchter June 28; Norway’s Stavern July 3 and Switzerland’s Montreux July 12. Other festivals in the mix are Dublin’s Longitude July 17; Suffolk’s Latitude July 18 and London’s Citadel July 19.

Bridges will have more festivals to play upon returning to the U.S., including Newport Folk in July and San Francisco’s Outside Lands in August.

All this traveling heralds the coming of his debut album, Coming Home. Pre-ordering it now via digital retailers gives you a five-song download that includes Bridges’ breakout single/title track. The disc arrives in physical form on Columbia Records June 23.

The fall U.S. tour follows his September journey playing clubs in Europe and the U.K. Here’s the routing:
