VenuWorks Names Wood CEO

Wood will report to Peters and officially takes his position July 1. Peters retains his role as VenuWorks chairman and president and will better be able to devote more time to business development, including creating new content for VenuWorks’ managed facilities, according to the announcement.

Wood worked for Live Nation/Ticketmaster for 18 years, including eight as TM’s senior VP based in Chicago. He also spent five years with Broadway Entertainment. Woods will relocate to Ames, Iowa.
