Seats sit empty at the CMA Fest at LP Field in Nashville June 7 after a tornado watch caused a weather delay.
The Tennessee Titans reached a naming rights deal with Nissan North America, sources told The Tennessean, and new signage will be installed at the 30 stadium in the coming weeks.
The Titans had a 10-year agreement with Louisiana-Pacific Corp. since 2006.
Nissan is one of the largest employers of middle Tennessee, having moved their North American headquarters to Franklin in 2008, according to the paper.
Financial details were not disclosed but the LP agreement was worth $3 million annually. The new deal reportedly runs for 20 years and matches the 30-year stadium lease that expires in 2028.
