Passion Pit Announces Fall Tour

Passion Pit has planned another trip through the U.S. After appearing at festivals in North America and Asia this summer, then playing a handful of shows in Australia, the indie pop band will be back in the States in September.

The Cambridge, Mass.-based group is supporting its third studio album, Kindred, which was released in April on Columbia Records.

Upcoming festival appearances include Pemberton Music Festival in British Columbia, Chicago’s Lollapalooza, We The Fest in Indonesia and two stops at Japan’s Summer Sonic. Here’s the plan for the fall excursion:

Sept. 6 – Dallas, Texas, House Of Blues       
Sept. 8 – Houston, Texas, House Of Blues   
Sept. 9 – New Orleans, La., Joy Theater      
Sept. 12 – Charlotte, N.C., PNC Music Pavilion (106.5 Weenie Roast)
Sept. 13 – Raleigh, N.C., Walnut Creek Amphitheatre (95x Big Shindig)
Oct. 16 – Columbus, Ohio, Newport Music Hall      
Oct. 17 – Milwaukee, Wis., The Rave Eagles Club   
Oct. 19 – St. Louis, Mo., The Pageant
Oct. 20 – Kansas City, Mo., Arvest Bank Theatre At The Midland
Oct. 28 – Los Angeles, Calif., The Wiltern
