McDonnell Tapped For Biloxi
Matt McDonnell has been named executive director of the Mississippi Coast Coliseum and Convention Center in Biloxi.
McDonnell, who has been with the facility for more than 29 years, will take over the job July 1.
He replaces Bill Holmes, who is retiring after 38 years. McDonnell started in the entertainment facility business while in school at Alabama and continued with a brief stint at the Mobile Civic Center.
He came to the Mississippi Coast Coliseum and Convention Center as assistant executive director in 1986.
