Shooter Sought In PNC Arts Incident
Authorities in Holmdel, N.J., continue to search for a suspect in a multiple-person shooting outside the PNC Bank Arts Center following a J. Cole concert Aug. 3.
Police reported via Twitter that two victims were taken to a nearby hospital and listed in critical condition following the incident, which occurred in a parking lot. Bystanders said the shooting began following an argument.
One witness told the local WABC-TV he heard men commenting on a woman’s body in the parking lot.
“She turns around and addresses them about it,” the witness said. “Moments later, we hear pop, pop, pop.” K-9 police units searched the woods surrounding the venue through the night following the shooting, the New Jersey Star-Ledger reported.
