DIIV Dives Into Fall

DIIV is hitting the road in October for a headline tour featuring “all new songs but the same old clothes.” The Brooklyn indie band launches the outing Oct. 10 with a gig in Cambridge, Mass.

The new songs hail from DIIV’s upcoming release, Is the Is Are, due out this fall via Captured Tracks. We’ll have to see if the group’s sophomore effort goes over as well as its debut, Oshin, which was named one of the top 50 albums of 2012 by Stereogum and Pitchfork.
