Chvrches Extends 2015 Plans

Chvrches gives us another look at the band’s upcoming album with today’s release of a lyric video for “Never Ending Circles.” Earlier this week the act announced a U.K. tour that will keep the band on the road through late November.

Coachella Valley Music & Arts Festival, Empire Polo Field, Indio, Calif.

“Never Ending Circles” is the second track the Scottish synthpop group has released from its sophomore LP, Every Open Eye, due out Sept. 25. Check out the video below.

Chvrches has a run of festival appearances lined up in August and September, including England’s V Festival, Lollapalooza Berlin and Boston Calling.

A previously announced North American headline tour is scheduled in between the band’s Sept. 27 appearance at Landmark Music Festival in Washington, D.C., and Austin’s Fun Fun Fun Fest, with stops in New York, Toronto, Detroit, Los Angeles, Denver and Nashville.

Nov. 17 – Bristol, England, O2 Academy Bristol
Nov. 19 – Manchester, England, Albert Hall
Nov. 21 – Newcastle, England, O2 Academy Newcastle
Nov. 23 – Aberdeen, Scotland, Music Hall
Nov. 24 – Dundee, Scotland, Fat Sams Nightclub
Nov. 25 – Birmingham, England, O2 Academy Birmingham
Nov. 27 – London, England, Alexandra Palace

Special guest Four Tet appears at the London gig.

A presale is ongoing now. Tickets go on sale to the general public Friday, Aug. 14.

You might have noticed the routing doesn’t include Glasgow. Chvrches says, “We have not forgotten about you and are planning something special for our hometown, details of which will be announced later in the year.”
