Randy Houser In The House
Houser announced the initial routing for “We Went Tour” today, with the promise of more shows to come. The country singer will be joined on the road by Frankie Ballard and special guest Craig Campbell.
“We’ve had a blast touring with Luke [Bryan] this summer, and it’s been an incredible opportunity to play to some people we might not have played to before,” Houser said. “We’re really looking forward to building our show this fall, playing the arenas and getting to play some new music. Frankie and Craig are both great performers, and we’re ready to get out there and show people what we’re all about!”
You won’t want to miss Houser’s live show, which The Boston Globe praised as one of the “Top 10 Moments at the 2015 CMA Music Festival.”
The Boston Globe, which notes that “the big-voiced and big-hearted Houser is always a treat,” was impressed by his decision to switch from a full-scale production of “Like A Cowboy” to just vocals and guitar. The publication added that Houser reminded “everyone in attendance that all you need is a good song and a heartfelt performance to create a powerful and enduing musical moment.”
The headline tour takes its name from Houser’s current single, “We Went,” from his forthcoming album on Stoney Creek Records.
Houser supports Bryan’s “Kick The Dust Up Tour” through late October. The last stop is Oct. 30 at Detroit’s Ford Field. Here’s the initial schedule for “We Went Tour.”
