‘So You Think You Can Dance’ Season 12 Tour

“So You Think You Can Dance” announced details for the first leg of the season 12 tour during Monday’s show, with tickets going on sale next week. The top 10 finalists are headed to more than 50 gigs booked across the U.S. between late October and December.

The news should cheer up fans of Team Stage finalist Edson Juarez and Team Street finalist Jessica “JJ” Rabone, who were kicked off last night during another double elimination.

The top eight finalists still dancing their hearts out to win the title of “America’s Favorite Dancer” include Gaby Diaz, Jim Nowakowski, Hailee Payne and Derek Piquette from Team Stage, along with Megan “Megz” Alfonso, Eddie “Neptune” Eskridge, Virgil Gadson, and Jana “Jaja” Vankova from Team Street.

The 12th season winner will receive $250,000 and be featured on the cover of Dance Spirit magazine. Plus, Jennifer Lopez announced that “American’s Favorite Dancer” will be given the chance to perform in her new Las Vegas residency opening Jan. 20 at Planet Hollywood.
