CAA Headquarters Evacuated Aug. 19
The building that houses CAA’s Los Angeles operations was evacuated over a bomb threat the afternoon of Aug. 19.
A spokesman for the LAPD told Deadline Hollywood a police bomb squad was dispatched to a Deutsche Bank office in the building to examine a suspicious package that had been delivered.
Authorities later determined the package did not contain a bomb, just an unknown liquid, and the building was reopened that evening.
