A$AP Rocky Injury Lawsuit

A$AP Rocky and his crew are being sued by a fan that claims she was seriously injured during a concert when A$AP Mob’s Young Shabba decided to crowd surf.

Krystina Clowes claims in a new lawsuit she was enjoying the performance of A$AP Ferg during the 2013 concert when she was drilled into the ground, suffering a fractured vertebra, according to TMZ.

The lawsuit claims Young Shabba felt the urge to crowd surf and landed on the unsuspecting fan, leaving the woman a mess who may never fully recover. Clowes is suing A$AP Rocky saying the entire mob is responsible because they all have a history of stage diving, TMZ said.

Clowes is said to be seeking at least $75,000. This isn’t the first time A$AP Rocky has been sued for concert injuries. A woman who filed a civil complaint against A$AP Rocky for allegedly slapping her during Philadelphia’s Made In America festival in 2013 settled and dropped her case in April. Terms of the settlement were not disclosed.
