Trey Anastasio Band On The Road

Trey Anastasio has been a busy guy this year, from touring with Phish to playing last month’s “Fare Thee Well” shows with the surviving members of the Grateful Dead. Now it’s time for him to do his own thing with the Trey Anastasio Band, which just announced a short fall tour.

The Phish frontman has a new solo album coming out Oct. 30 via Rubber Jungle Records / ATO Records. Paper Wheels was recorded live at The Barn, with many songs nailed down in just one or two takes. Anastasio co-produced the LP with Bryce Goggin. It was mixed by Elliot Scheiner, who’s worked with Steely Dan and Van Morrison.

Pre-orders for Paper Wheels are ongoing, including T-shirt bundles and a deluxe limited edition version featuring 180 gram 45 RPM 2x LP splatter vinyl and a die cut gatefold package with six unique sleeves.
