Azealia Banks On Her Own This Fall
K. Michelle cited a bevy of other commitments in a statement explaining the cancellation. She wrote on Facebook, “While currently filming numerous television shows, readying my businesses and working on my new album, I simply cannot overexert myself anymore than I already am.”
Several cities on the original co-bill routing are on Banks’ new itinerary. Philadelphia, New York, D.C., Nashville, Atlanta and Houston will receive a visit from Banks after all.
While some cities haven’t changed, the same can’t be said about the venues. Banks seems pretty excited about the move from New York’s Best Buy Theatre to Terminal 5.
“I’ve been DYING to play Terminal 5 since i was 17 years old!!!!!!!!!! yaaaaay!!!!!” she tweeted.
