Moon Taxi Runs The Meter

Moon Taxi still has some dates left on its meter.  After playing festival after festival throughout the summer, the indie prog-rock band from Tennessee sets a November run with stops including Colorado Springs, Los Angeles, Saint Paul and Chicago.

Chicago’s , Southern California’s , and New York City’s are just a few of the mega-music events Moon Taxi has had the pleasure to play this year. Upcoming festival engagements include Moontower in Lexington, Ky., Aug. 29; Bristol Rhythm & Roots Reunion in Bristol, Tenn., Sept. 19; Austin City Limits in Austin, Texas, Oct. 2 & 9; and Red River Revel Arts Festival in Shreveport, La., that’s sandwiched in between Austin gigs and scheduled for Oct. 8.

Moon Taxi’s third studio album – Daybreaker – arrives Oct. 2 and was produced by Jacquire King (Kings Of Leon, Modest Mouse, Tom Waits, James Bay).

New on the calendar are the band’s November dates.
