Sweat It Out Expands To U.S.

The company in recent years has expanded its party series to New York, L.A., and Miami. With North American interest in its label signings including RÜFÜS, Porches, What So Not, Yolanda Be Cool, “the time has never felt more right for us to take our ‘LA Office’ from a hoop dream to a legitimate base for us to connect directly with our ever-growing American fanbase,” according to a statement from managing director Jamie Raeburn.

Based at 9119 Thrasher Avenue, the U.S. team has EDM artist and Grizzly label founder Sinden and DJ Trevor Moffit aka Bones on A&R duties; DJ and tastemaker promotions by Matt Black from Europe’s Your Army, and former label executive Joe Fisher overseeing U.S. commercial radio and television.
