Christmas With Michael W. Smith & Amy Grant

More dates are being confirmed for Michael W. Smith’s holiday excursion, which features several co-bill shows with Amy Grant.

After the Contemporary Christian artists and longtime friends teamed up for a few holiday gigs last year, Smith promised they’d do more concerts together in 2015, according to The Atlanta Journal-Constitution.

Smith is continuing to support his fourth Christmas album, Michael W. Smith & Friends: The Spirit of Christmas, which was released last fall. The duet album features appearances from Vince Gill, Lady Antebellum, Little Big Town, Martina McBride, Carrie Underwood and more. Grant is featured on the track “Almost There.” Smith also put out the LP Sovereign in 2014.

Grant has released several of her own holiday albums, including the 2009 Cracker Barrel Stores Exclusive Compilation Songs of Christmas. Her most recent studio album is 2013’s How Mercy Looks from Here. This spring she released the compilation album Be Still and Know … Hymns & Faith.
