When a massive storm hit Melbourne Feb. 28 forcing the cancellation or delays of many festivals and concerts, Foo Fighters managed to play the Australian city when the 53,359-capacity Etihad Stadium closed its retractable roof. The Foo Fighters visit was booked through Frontier Touring.

On offer are any of nine access gates, areas inside its seating bowl, under giant signs on two ends of the venue, and through walk-ways and lifts. Brands get full use of the stadium’s connected technology which includes access to 1500 HD screens through its Internet Protocol TV (IPTV network), and engagement with its dedicated stadium app.”

Stadium CEO Paul Sergeant said the proposal provided exposure to “hundreds of thousands of patrons” who attend “80-plus arena events a year with virtually all taking place under the gaze of a live television audience.”
