Spectra Takes Over The Hangar
Spectra Venue Management is overseeing operations of The Hangar Sport and Events Centre at Downsview Park in Toronto, Ontario.
The company has named Dan Berger, GM of the Mattamy Athletic Centre at Ryerson University in Toronto, to serve in the same role for The Hangar.
A 20-year veteran of the sports and entertainment industry, Berger was GM of The Hangar from 1999 to 2003. The property includes a 14-acre outdoor event space with three outdoor turf soccer fields, four indoor turf soccer fields, one indoor ballhockey arena and two indoor beach volleyball courts.
