IEBA Reveals HOF, Award Nominees

International Entertainment Buyers Association announced its new class of IEBA Hall of Fame inductees and nominations in industry categories to be honored during its Oct. 11-13 conference at Nashville’s Omni Hotel. 

IEBA will induct Pat Benatar and Neil Giraldo at an Oct. 13 awards show at 8 p.m. at the CMA Theater at the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum.

The organization will also honor Clint Black with a career achievement award, and Country Concert at Hickory Hill La; Gunnar Fox, ; Jeff Nickler, ; Bobby Rossi, ; Rena Wasserman,  and Sally Williams, .

Venues nominated are , Rosemont, IL; BOK Center, Tulsa, OK; , Nashville, TN; the , Los Angeles, CA; , Atlanta, GA, and (formerly US Airways Center), Phoenix, AZ.

Festivals getting nods are Austin City Limits, Big Valley Jamboree, Coachella, Firefly, Stagecoach and Watershed.

Top festival buyer nominees are Bob Babisch, Milwaukee Summerfest; Amy Corbin, C3 Presents; Gil Cunningham, Neste Event Marketing; Anne Hankins, Country Music Concerts; Stacy Vee, Goldenvoice and Jonathan Wayland, Integrity Events. International agents, fairs, casinos and club categories will also be represented at the awards show, which is a private event that is free to IEBA conference-goers.
