Blake Shelton Reveals Dates

The five-time CMA Male Vocalist Of The Year unleashes the first salvo of dates for his 2016 outing.  Stops for the “Blake Shelton presented by Gildan” tour include Cincinnati, Nashville, Pittsburgh and St. Louis.

“Man, I’m just so excited about 2016,” Shelton said.  “We’ve got a new album coming and I can’t wait to get back out on the road and play some new music for my fans.  As an artist, my favorite thing to do is go on the road and play shows.  I’ve missed it, and it’s gonna be like old times.  So y’all get ready to party, ‘cause Blake Shelton is comin to see ya’!”

Today’s announcement lists dates beginning Feb. 18 in Cincinnati and running through March 19 in Pittsburgh.  However, the “The Voice” coach has a few gigs that aren’t included on today’s press blast, specifically April 17 at the Tortuga Music Festival, June 18 at Country Jam USA in Grand Junction, Colo., and “The Backporch Revival” at Kinnick Stadium in Iowa City, Iowa, Aug. 27.

With more dates still to be announced, here’s the new routing as it stands today:

Feb. 18 – Cincinnati, Ohio, U.S. Bank Arena
Feb. 19 – Louisville, Ky., KFC Yum! Center
Feb. 20 – Auburn Hills, Mich., The Palace Of Auburn Hills
Feb. 25 – Lincoln, Neb., Pinnacle Bank Arena
Feb. 26 – Kansas City, Mo., Sprint Center
Feb. 27 – St. Louis, Mo., Scottrade Center
March 3 – Memphis, Tenn., FedExForum
March 4 – Nashville, Tenn., Bridgestone Arena
March 17 – Buffalo, N.Y., First Niagara Center
March 18 – Wilkes-Barre, Pa., Mohegan Sun Arena At Casey Plaza
March 19 – Pittsburgh, Pa., Consol Energy Center

Ticketing info for all but onc city will be announced soon.  The exception is Nashville.  A pre-sale for Blake Shelton BS’er fan club members begins Oct. 14 at 10 a.m. Membership for the online fan club is free but new arrivals must register no later than 11:59 p.m. Oct. 12 to receive a link and code for the presale.

The general onsale for the Nashville concert begins Oct. 17 at 10 a.m. All times CDT.
