Those Wild & Wonderful Wizards Of Winter

Presenting a rock opera-styled show featuring original members of Trans-Siberian Orchestra, theWizards Of Winter’s holiday tour begins in Fort Lauderdale and includes Cleveland, Chicago and Nashville among its destinations.

Seems as if music fans can’t get enough of the high tech / high-energy productions.  And who can blame them?  A night featuring excellent musicianship and dazzling special effects bundled into a story often results in entertainment spectaculars audience members talk about months and months after the experience.

 “An Evening with Wizards of Winter” is a 20-city adventure filled with original holiday music.  And yes, there is an album to go with it.  Recently released, Tales Beneath A Northern Star lays down the foundation for the Christmas Eve journey through space and time to discover the true meaning of the holiday. 

The Wizards are currently in the studio working on a new album to be titled The Magic Of Winter.  Meanwhile, the ensemble debuted a new single – “The Spirit Of Christmas” – via Asbury Park Press.

“The band is excited to share some new music with our fans on our upcoming U.S. tour,” music director / keyboardist Scott Kelly said.  “We hope it will get people into the Christmas spirit early.  All of us are proud to offer a tremendous holiday experience that the whole family can enjoy.”
