Railroad Earth Rolls Out 2016 Dates

Railroad Earth isn’t taking much time off the road after completing its two-night NYE celebration at Chicago’s Vic Theatre. This week the group released its first leg of 2016 dates, starting Jan. 14 in Atlanta.

This year the Americana/rock/improvisational band has stayed busy continuing to support its 2014 album, Last of the Outlaws, in addition to joining Warren Haynes on tour. Railroad Earth collaborated with Haynes on his third solo release, Ashes and Dust, which was released in July. Lead vocalist/guitarist Todd Sheaffer co-wrote the track “Word on the Wind.”

Railroad Earth says the band has a few surprises lined up for its Winter Tour, including “a very limited amount of tickets available via RRE Ticketing that come with a FREE download of the show.”
