Jason Aldean gives you most of what you need to know about his “We Were Here 2016 Tour.”  The country star announced dates and cities but has yet to clue people in regarding the venues he’ll play.  However, he did release a new video.

Aldean’s performance plans do not end at Allentown in May.  So far he has three festival gigs on the schedule – the Buckeye Country Superfest in Columbus, Ohio, June 18; Country Jam USA in Eau Claire, Wis., July 23 and Mountain Home Country Music Festival in Mountain Home, Idaho, July 31.

The new video is for Aldean’s “Gonna Know We Were Here” and was shot at his high school alma mater.

“This song pretty much sums up how I feel like me and my fans live our lives,” Aldean said.  “That same excitement is what we feel out there on the road every night, which made it a great name for next  year’s tour.  It was pretty cool that we could bring that vibe to the music video by shooting it back in Macon with a ton of people from my hometown.  Getting back there and on that high school football field really reminded me of that rush of just living life without any regrets.”
