Morrissey Makes Plans For NYE

Since launching his solo career in the late ‘80s, Morrissey has somehow never performed on New Year’s Eve. Well, as his Facebook page declares – “The time is NOW.” He’s booked his first-ever NYE show, along with two other U.S. gigs.

After playing South America in November and December, Moz closes out the year with a Dec. 29 gig in San Francisco and NYE in Los Angeles. After that he heads to Las Vegas for his first show of 2016. Here’s the U.S. schedule:

Dec. 29 – San Francisco, Calif., SF Masonic
Dec. 31 – Los Angeles, Calif., Galen Center
Jan. 2 – Las Vegas, Nev., The Joint @ Hard Rock Hotel & Casino

A Live Nation/radio presale for San Francisco begins Wednesday, Oct. 21. General public onsales for all three dates are scheduled Friday, Oct. 23.
