Blue Sphere’s suit alleged the singer infringed upon its “Lucky 13” trademark by selling clothes bearing the mark and holding a “Lucky 13” sweepstakes.

The case took a strange turn when Swift sought a protective order claiming she was being harassed by the company after Blue Sphere requested photographs in which her buttocks or breasts were visible. A judge later denied her motion.

Blue Sphere also looked into several of Swift’s endorsement deals with companies including Coca-Cola, Procter & Gamble and others, according to court documents obtained by the Hollywood Reporter, and attempted to investigate the singer’s control over her brand.

The case had been scheduled to go to trial this month, but attorneys for Swift and Blue Sphere told a judge a settlement had been reached Nov. 6, THR noted. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
