Here Comes Lil Wayne!

A glance at Lil Wayne’s touring agenda for the first three months of 2016 shows Weezy playing mostly secondary markets.  Tickets for the “Dedication Tour” with special guest Rae Sremmurd go on sale later this week.

You won’t find New York City, Los Angeles, Boston or Chicago on Lil Wayne’s itinerary.  Instead, the rapper will be playing cities like Grand Rapids, Mich.; Toledo, Ohio; Sioux Falls, S.D.; and Bloomington, Ind.

And that’s the way Lil Wayne apparently likes it. In fact, this morning’s announcement issued by tour producers Live Nation and Al Haymon Events states that the outing “is a personal thank you” to fans and includes cities the artist has “rarely visited on past tour runs.”  That means his fans in major markets just might have to allow for some extra mileage when seeing Lil Wayne on this adventure.
