A ‘Stripped’ Hinder Hits The Road

In its 15-year history Hinder has never put out an acoustic record nor has the rock band from Oklahoma unplugged for a tour.  But that changes this spring when Hinder issues its first acoustic EP backed by a month’s worth of dates.

Stripped is the name of the six-song acoustic EP arriving May 13 via The End Records. The disc features acoustic versions of Hinder songs “Intoxicated,” “Wasted Life,” “Hit The Ground,” “If Only For Tonight” and “Get Stoned,” plus an unplugged rendition of “Not An Addict,” originally recorded by K’s Choice.

“We’re thrilled to finally be able to release this acoustic EP,” Hinder said in a statement.  “When we write songs, we believe that they have to be great with just an acoustic guitar.  The rest of the instrumentation is just icing on the cake.  We can’t wait to get out on the road and show our fans our music in its original form.”
