June Evenings With The Chris Robinson Brotherhood

While fans wait for a new album from The Chris Robinson Brotherhood, the group led by the former Black Crowes singer has announced a new leg of spring U.S. dates. TCRB’s previously announced schedule includes festival appearances and a few nights with moe.

Today’s news blast keeps The Chris Robinson Brotherhood on the road through mid-June. New dates include gigs in Birmingham, New Orleans, Dallas, Little Rock and Memphis.

TCRB plays Madrid tonight as it ticks off dates on its first European tour. On Friday the band will be in Barcelona.

During an interview with Barcelona Metropolitan Robinson revealed that the follow-up to 2014’s Phosphorescent Harvest is being called Anyway You Love, We Know How You Feel.

Robinson added that the album will be released in the summer “if we can get it together in the next two weeks before the tour, our maiden [European] voyage.”

The European trek wraps March 14 with a gig in London. Here’s the band’s U.S. schedule, with the new dates bolded:

Chris Robinson’s Soul Revue appears at “Fool’s Paradise” in Saint Augustine, Fla., at the St. Augustine Amphitheatre April 2. The soulful group includes Ivan Neville, George Porter Jr., Eric Krasno, Nikki Glaspie, and Neal Casal & The Shady Horns.
