SXSW Co-Founder Meyers Dies

Meyers formed SXSW 30 years ago today, alongside Roland Swenson, Nick Barbaro, Louis Black, Joe Rae DiMenno and Linda Owen, in 1987 at the New Music Seminar in New York.
Meyers sold his interest in the music event in 1994, before which he was the event’s primary music booker.
