Dave Matthews Band Goes Home

Dave Matthews Band books a special show ahead of its summer tour – a hometown benefit concert in Charlottesville, Va.

Mark your calendars for May 7 at the John Paul Jones Arena.

An announcement says DMB is donating all net proceeds from the gig “to express its gratitude for the incredible support the community has provided” since the band got its start in the early ’90s. The funds will go to charitable programs in the Charlottesville area via DMB’s Bama Works Fund.
